The North is NOT under the jurisdiction of the South. The claim of this is complete hogwash. The North is an independent entity and here's why. When I received the North just over a year ago, the North was granted independence. Soon after that an inconclusive war had occurred with the South due to my actions a month prior to an attack on Damen for violating the state of a Draconian Das. The South had allowed the North to stay independent after that and it was always independent afterwards. Therefore this trial is TECHNICALLY overreaching the boundaries of the South. In which I believe that Void should be handled in the Court of the North, rather than the Court of the South.
