So Zpheal got his mod removed because he "harassed" lex. From what ive heard is that lex was saying to Zpheal on discord and on oldcp that "Youre a terrible top
dog, ill kill you. ill be king" Eventually somebody cant take it anymore aka zp, so Zpheal said "nobody cares about you" Why would you demote a mod for simply stating the facts? Lex is annoying. Lex is childish. Nobody cares about him because of those reasons, and who wants to care about somebody who says Idiot all the time? A man can only take so much. If i were to guess Lex's age, i would say 12-13, 14 at the most. And thats only because of how long hes been playing oldcp. Now if he is actually 13, and hes had discord for more than 1 year, hes breaking the discord rules.

So with that said i will rank every mod and say how i think they are at their job.
They will be ranked on a number from 1/10 overall, how good they are at their job, and how active they are. Remember, just because youre active you shouldnt get mod. Look how victor turned out. But when you get mod, you need to be active.

Alright according to oldcp there are currently 19 moderators. (i cant really rank the admins)

Jilly - Average At Job, Sometimes Jilly is above average slightly, because Jilly can help you for a long time when needed. Jilly is Decently Active. Does Jilly deserve mod? I guess so, i mean theres nothing wrong to say about Jilly in my eyes, just a standard nice moderator. Overall 7-9/10. .

Sampopxxx101 - Nothing wrong to say about sam, she is an Average Moderator, and Somewhat Active Somewhat Inactive, (thats only because i never see her online, i dont think we have the same timezone) solid 8/10 Does She deserve mod? Yes.

Swirlie - Im pretty sure swirlie is head mod, I find Swirlie above average because she has a huge connection to nearly every Oldcp user. Swirlie is not a mod that just sits there, shes a mod that you can spark up a conversation with easily. Shes not inactive, Shes one of the most active users in oldcp history. Does Swirlie deserve mod? Ofc. 10/10 for Swirlie.

Rouge11 - A great Moderator, Rouge is above average because she takes action. When something bad happens, she unites the 2 people in the argument and makes forgiveness a reality. Average Active for a mod. Does Rouge Deserve Her rank? Yes she does. 10/10 for rouge.

Tommo - Average Moderator, when somebody breaks a rule, Tom tells them to stop and gives a warning. Average Mod, Tom is Active. Hes on nearly every morning and afternoon. Hes like swirlie, easy to start a conversation with tom. Does Tom deserve mod? Yes he does. solid 8-9/10

Julian - This guy is cool and all, hes a good guy, and a good mod i guess, the "average" mod... hes kinda active, kinda not, but i really dont like the revive system Julian made. It made oldcp a lot more messy than it already is, because of that i give him 6-8/10. Does he deserve mod? Yeah hes a old member of the community, he worked his way up.

Dancebear - Great Moderator, I love how dancebear takes action and looks at all the evidence in a killing scene. She also asks from both sides, and is never bias. Shes Average Active, but she is also really easy to start a conversation with, and Dance is also a great person to go to when you need help. Does Dance deserve mod? Yes i think so. 10/10 for dance.

Jake01 - I know i said this a lot, "Average Moderator" because by average i mean them doing their job. Jake is average in everything, mainly because i dont know what to say about him. I dont talk to Jake too much, but i know hes not inactive. hes not super active either. I give Jake a score of 7/10. Hes average at his job, he just doesnt go above and beyond in my eyes. But he still does his job. Does Jake deserve mod? I guess so, this is like a 60% yes and 40% no. I just dont know jake, but he seems like a nice guy so im saying Yes.

Jenna - Shes a fun person to be around, shes open to do a lot of things like find four, helping with an outfit, or just a chat in general. But theres one problem. There was a time where i didnt see jenna on for atleast 5 days straight. I thought she quit. But now she gets on a little more and shes good at her job. Just a regular mod. I would give her 9/10 but i dont see her that much anymore, so its an 6/10. She kinda deserves mod.

Wilf - i never see him, and it doesnt matter because he died. so i give him a DNF on everything. RIP tho. Hope ya get revived

Randy - Hes active, and i like how hes an amazing trainer in jousts. I also like how he bans people that break the rules. He brings the justice! Hes great at his job, and hes another person that is easy to start a conversation with. 9/10 for randy. He deserves mod.

Orbay4 - Not much to say about orbay, hes active, hes a nice guy that tells people to stop when they break the rules. I thought he was mod because he was king, but people are telling me he got mod before he had king. 8/10 for orbay. I dont know how he actually got mod before king, so i cant say if he deserves it or not.

Jay - Nice guy, but he never talks. He just dances. Hes really active, he was POTM for a long time last month. Average mod that inforces the rules. But i dont know how he got mod? im not sure if it was because people noticed how active he was, or if it was something else. Hes a good mod overall, i guess he deserves it.

Joseph - I literally never see joseph. Hes like jenna but male version. Also somebody named joseph was spawnkilling me in southpole ALOT. I dont think he deserves it, im really not sure.

Zpheal - (Demoted Mod) He really does deserve it. Hes super nice and he gives everyone a chance to change if they did smth wrong. Also he doesnt spawnkill or spam, he also inforces the rules. 9/10 for Zpheal

VictorAlex - (Demoted Mod) Really not a good mod. He didnt deserve anything at all. He got POTM because of autoclicker. Being active shouldnt make somebody a mod. Also users claimed he helped with the "Spanish Servers/Users" Aka 3 other ppl, each one knowing english except him. Just beef and more beef to come. He just never talked, i caught him doing nothing in southpole once.

Anyways thats it for my Post. I hope u enjoyed, i also hope ZP gets mod back, saying "nobody cares about you" isnt really a big deal compared to some of the things ppl have said in the past. A ton of mods have been inactive, and this needs to change. I just said theyre not because i went on oldcp and checked lastonline for each one, Even thought i barely see half of them. Cya

I think Zpheal's demotion was ridiculous

My reason being is Damen's community values. Damen has said time and time again, he believes in giving people chances, he's done it several times with frogs, (frogs isn't a mod but its relevant to the subject) Frogs has done worst things and manages to come back from being bos.

Zpheal in my opinion (Actually a well known fact) Is one of the nicest mods, he tries his best, he's also an admin on p3d, hes been doing an amazing job.

Zpheal has never been warned in the past but he messes up once and is demoted, not given a chance or anything, boom straight up demotion, unfair.

That's very nice of someone who's VERY high in the staff team to say to an unranked user.

This is why im slowly seeing a decline is user respect.

I've taken breaks from oldcp and dsghq as a whole because of the state this community keeps headding in. Either we get a change of rules, or the staff taking on Damen's beliefs even better. and give Zpheal a god damn chance.

Thanks for your feedback, but I'm a little confused about your opinion on me.


I'm more active on OldCP than Jenna, so I don't understand how I'm a male version of her. I come on 60-90 minutes a day, possibly even more. If you don't see me online that could be because of a time zone difference. I don't know what time zone you are so I can't comment too much about that. Also for the South Pole thing, that shouldn't really be put into play of how I do my job as a Moderator. It's a mini-game and people need to stop judging Moderators on emotions. I don't spawn kill people unless they've done it to me first and I'll do it around the same amount of times they did it to me and then stop. I don't really know you, but if you were apart of that group on South Pole saying I should be demoted after the mini-game was over that kinda explains your response. Nonetheless, thanks for your feedback.

thank you for the feedback, however zpheal hasn't expressed interest to admins in re-earning moderator, nor has he attempted to correct the mistakes he's made (as far as i know), so i'm not sure if repromotion is even something that he wants. i think he's a fine kid and i really respect him, but this wasn't the first report administration has received on him and it's important to take history into consideration when dealing with things like this.

also, lex is 16. i don't want to go into details but i think there is a reason he acts the way he does. he's been on and off BOS for the past month. had zpheal reported lex's behavior to an admin or swirlie, he would have immediately become BOS again and the problem would have been resolved then and there without affecting zpheal's rank. the correct way to deal with this exact situation was covered in my moderating guidelines post, which i required all moderators to read back when i was head mod. he made a mistake, and mistakes have consequences. this isn't to say that zpheal can never become moderator again, but he has to acknowledge what he's done wrong first and then prove he can do better.

I respect that largely and Im now well aware of that problem which gives me the ability to not use that in future "arguments" .

Reading that gives me a clearer understanding on the whole situation. as i only got one piece of the story so thank you.

I think Zpheal didn't talk about this as, the conditions he was in kinda made it difficult. My reason being was the backlash of people asking for Zpheals rank back might've messed that moment up.

I think in zpheals point of view he could've thought that there was no coming back from this demotion and that he truly lost his rank for ever.

If it is okay. I will message him and tell him to sort the situation back and to see if this problem can be cleared up.

I forgot to put your mod ranking out of 10 points, but if i did it would be 7/10 which is amazing. anything below 6 is awful job. Anything above is just good job, good person, just some stuff that happened in the past that changed my opinion about them. Thanks for explaining, there was not too much written so it seemed as though your opinion on me was emanating from the South Pole incident. My bad if you got mad at the spawn killing, but I did it because your group was doing it and I didn't think too much about it because it's just an innocent little mini-game. I currently do two jobs on OldCP (Grand Moth Wise and Moderator) so if you don't see me in popular it could also be because of the fact that I'm training someone or testing someone. I've recently been gaining some recruits for the Moth Council. I try to do both jobs and I think I'm managing just fine.

Yeah I don’t really plan to be a moderator anymore and I really hope new good moderators could replace me and for sure I’ll try my best to fix my mistakes.

(Sorry for quoting twice. Read last Quote ^) The thing I did was on Discord not on OldCP. Zpheal was rude on OldCP. I wouldnt have gotten BOS for Discord.
