From now on each season we will do staff appraisals.
- We admins will review your hard work and give you praise and offer advice on how to improve!
- Admins are given some members staff to review.
- If there are serious concerns, the admin will tell me
- They will send their appraisal via forums mail (best) or discord.
Note: There really needs to be hired more P3D mods. A vacancy is opening soon.
NOTE FOR SENIOR RANKS: YOU WILL GET A REPORT CARD FROM CHELSEY FOR SUMMER 2020.

- Your activity (time clocked in)
- How you are on the game when users are on
- How effectively you do your role!
For Forum Staff Review the admin will
- Look at your recent posts.
- See how regularly you log in etc.
- Look at the mod log to see what actions you've taken.
- Maybe ask others about what they think about your moderating.
All Reviews Need To Be Done By...

Send the mod your appraisal via forums (ideal) or Discord!
We will look at:
