Greetings!


A discussion was made recently about the changes of Penguin Watch. If you were not aware, I will provide a link to the post after this discussion. One of the proposals that were made to take action is to implement a forum account. Here is a quick summary of the proposal.

• Forum Account
  Applications are too important to be forgotten. The mail system on the forum is a useful way to get in touch with almost everyone from the community. This will also settle the problem of those who do not have a Discord account. Although vacancies will still be an option, the forum account will allow users to send in their application at any given point and time. Applications that are sent directly to the mail will be kept and be used for future reference.
  The email will still be used. If someone does not have access to it, forum mail will be available to them 24/7. It is easier, faster and more efficient.
  Only the Senior Penguin Watch Captain, Assistant and Application Master will be able to use this functionality.

As of the fourteenth of July, Penguin Watch will be opening its system and accept any kind of reports and applications through the mail system. Following the twenty-four hour response, any user has the right to be informed of their case within that time span.

As stated above, only those users will have access to the account. If one or more of those users are either demoted or have resigned from their position, immediate contact from an administrator will need to be made in order to request a password change for the account.
