Hey,

OldCP has just had its jail system re-coded. There's not much of a difference, all the commands are the same. The only thing is certain knights won't be able to release from certain jails where they do not have the right.

Technical explanation: Jail is now handled via the 'jail' xprop rather than as separate datvals.

Problem: All arrested people are no longer arrested and will require re-arresting.
