I heard that Alatar was banned for spawn attacking a SOLARIS or something like that, and he was banned for it. That's unfair, if you ban Alatar for spawn attacking you should ban these 3 DRAKE for attacking me in spawn with snipers.

Also idc if solaris was only "spectating", you can spectate through cinema, das is a war zone and if you go there you will most likely be killed. Unban Darkened at once or disband the entire DRAKE Military.

Dont know why this is a debate, spawnkilling should just be illegal off the bat, as it's just unfair.

there should be punishment in both situations. alatar attacked someone in spawn who wasn't KOS. you were attacked without there ever being an announcement that you were KOS. both situations are unfair and against the rules.

spawnkilling or attacking spawn is only allowed if someone is KOS, and that is only fair if the person is made aware that they are KOS. this rule is to prevent KOS people from standing in spawn to argue or taunt people.
