let's take a look at the balance between evil and good during these past few months, and discuss below if you're into that.
i'll list advantages/disadvantages with explanations. if something is incorrect let me know.



evil
— advantages

• small limitation of bots
  most evil bots are able to respawn on their own without a user coming online to type commands. the limit of ground-level bots (like orcs or goblins) is 1000. more powerful bots (like cavetrolls) have a limitation which is more strict, however they are still able to respawn on their own, unlike "good" bots.
• balrogs
  balrogs are impossible to kill. if evil spawn these bots, they will absolutely win the war unless specifically turin comes online to kill them. statement from damen: "Balrogs are meant to be unrivalled. They require Turin himself to wipe them out." the good side do not have anything like this.

— disadvantages

• less players on this side
  the default alignment of the oldcp userbase is "good" because the empire, which controls the majority of the game, is considered good.
• administration is inherently good
  evil players are only armed through create request or pythas himself.

good
— advantages

• more players on this side
  although there is a declining number of oldcp users overall, there will always be more players siding with "good" rather than "evil." this does not mean that all good users will assist in wars, but users must make the conscious decision to switch sides if they want to support evil.
• administration is inherently good
  most roles which grant rank 5 are part of the southern empire (i.e. emperor, empress, emperor helper), which makes administration inherently good. although admins will attempt to be fair to both sides, there will always be an undeniable bias towards the good side. for example, "good guys" are often rearmed as much as necessary during wars by the southern leaders, whereas "bad guys" must wait for sentry or pythas to come online, which can take days or weeks.

— disadvantages

• "god is dead"
  the good guys have no direct contact with any extremely powerful force. evil users are able to contact pythas through other characters such as zaboth or sentry. the good side are less likely to receive strength, health, force push, etc. unless they are chosen as a prophet.
• heavy bot limitations
  good bots continue to be reduced and nerfed. users must be online to respawn bots after they die.

i listed the very basics that i could think of off the top of my head, but surely there are more advantages and disadvantages to consider. what do you think, though? do these difference make a balanced fight?

Surely the evil side atm is being highly biased, I remember in the old wars when bots would only come once or twice if Ghast was online or something and then he'd leave it to the dracs but idk, this war is destined for Pythas to win as Manwe said, you guys will lose then somehow make a comeback.

But anyway, I don't like the war myself because it's boring since there's like 40 balrogs, 8000000 orcs, 5000 gatekeepers and 10000 cavetrolsl legit there should be a limit, 2 bots at a time or something but idk lolz ez tho ez war ez sabers ez everything

(Not all NWO are OP, only me, Mance and Miro are, the others get left out idk why prob because of inactivity & chances of not being online when SENTRY is on)
