My igloo disappeared out of nowhere, I suspect it was due to the amount of pets and furniture it contained



@Damen is there any way to restore it? I spent a LOT of gold and time to do it and now everything is gone

Before everything disappeared, the igloo was a kind of house with rooms, a lot of gold statues in the garden and a disco, I think I gave you a tour at the event.





Those are all the photos I could find of the igloo, it had many more things, not only that

You must rejoin the igloo if that happens, then your furniture comes back. I'm trying to understand why still. If you edit it while its glitched, it may become permanently lost.

I tried rejoining but nothing

Ok I have now fixed it and igloos should work fine now.

The problem was the data type that igloo data was stored on had a max capacity of 64kb. If you exceeded 64kb, the igloo would be empty on load and then when you edit it, it resets it on the database.

Now igloo data can go up to 840KB, more than enough. Apologies if you lost your igloo, you will have to restart it now, but confidently as the problem is now fixed.

Thank you Damen, now we can make big igloos without having to worry about them being reset. GG
