I think it's about time that OldCP gets a Factory Reset. Honestly, things have just gone too far, for ALL parties. No one should be literally unkillable, on any side, no one should have 1 hit weapons, on any side, and honestly, it's gotten so stale to the point it's just not fun anymore. When you try to keep doing the same thing, over, and over, and over, every day, it just gets so stale. The story literally hasn't changed.

- Evil wants everything
- South says no
- Other side characters exist that help war
- Evil wins South
- South relies on higher powers to take everything back over and win

The cycle repeats. This has literally been the same formula. The rings were a really cool idea but the way things are it's hard to keep track anymore. There's no way to keep up with anything, there's not even a story anymore.

People who are evil are bound to evil and there is literally no way for them to ever change. The good people can't be good because they're good and there's no way for them to change. And it's literally been the same thing for so goddamn long.

I'm just really tired of it. The game itself has so many errors that it's hard to fix one without creating another one in the process. There's so many people with things like 1k health. I had like 400 on my account, and even I was OP as hell, and I honestly just didn't enjoy it. Every time I killed someone it was honestly just a question to myself as to what I gained from it. There's literally just no reason to even kill people anymore. Most of the time I genuinely will stop attacking someone so they can relog, unless I actually gain something from killing them. And the bots, god forbid the bots. Honestly, there's no reason to have them in war. I can see their use as defenders of an island that is owned but for war? They're just so goddamn annoying.

A factory reset means that we get new beginnings. Everyone gets put back on ground zero and we finally, finally get a chance to build up something new, a new story, with new characters, and something that people will enjoy.

I'm sure plenty of people are perfectly happy with how things are and just want to see the same story play out every day. But, in my opinion, a reset on everyone, a fresh start? You could keep the staff (moderators) the same, except for land owners or anything like that. It'd just be a chance to see something new.

That's just my thoughts on things though.

I agree with this tbh, as the det inspector I'd personally enjoy more CZ similar to disney CZ where we acc had to find rooms and stuff.. that was really cool. The whole forest storyline has kinda gone on for too long, and is so confusing to many users that they don't even bother involving themselves in CZ. It's always Pythas talking about world domination; and is frequently inconsistent.

Personally, I like Shinobi CZ better even though I despise accal baby raging black because there's unanswered questions such as; who can access the secret weapon of time besides Mekiro and Accal? what was their motive siding with Pythas; was it to protest against the so-called "corruption" of the South?

When shinobi CZ was first introduced again and Sekiro came back it was really fun, but it's kinda died down a bit just because Pythas is almost dead I think, but after Pythas dies I think we should either continue with Shinobi CZ or make something like mafia CZ.

The only people I am allowed to restore are my own prophets, but I'm not gonna be restoring them after 3 days, I'm gonna enforce they wait more than a week cause I can't keep constantly restoring it gets on my nerves.

i agree with a lot of this (maybe all of it), however i'm not sure if @Damen would ever be comfortable with a "factory reset." there are a lot of memories and lore woven into oldcp the way it is now, nearly 10 years of it, and throwing that all away for an outcome that we're not even sure of wouldn't be right. perhaps we could find somewhere to settle in-between keeping things how they are now and a full reset.

Keeping the history and lore is alright, but just keep it somewhere like in the Moth Temple.
