I am planning to represent the group COMMON GOOD, and INDEPENDENT.
Personally, I find that every week people are declaring war. Here's how to fix that:
1. A United Islands. UOI could return as a way for islands to negotiate terms peacefully and not have a dozen wars with stupid rules.
2. War fees, War is not cheap in the real world. It takes money for troops, artillery, and quarters. I ask that in order to war someone, they must give 100k gold to the Imperial Bank to officially approve war is done. Both sides must do this. This rule is made to prevent an influx of war on the game.
3. Reparations, if an island commits war crimes during war. (nuking citizens, murdering citizens, killing in spawn, using gas warfare, or attacking from spawn,) the side that committed those deeds must pay reparations (it doesn't matter if they win or lose, they pay reparations). The fee depends.
4. Allyship, if someone declares war, and the other side does too, Allies can also declare war on the same person and cause a joint pact. These allies do also have to pay the 100k, so it's best to leave it to the two.
5. UOI meetings, island rulers will meet with Damen and Raindrop to discuss politics and try to prevent wars. Only the empress, the Lord commander or Knight Captain, the Ruler of Das, Dorval, Providence, Cobia and North are permitted. If they have a military, each of the island rulers may have a bodyguard that is not a user that can be recognized. The meetings will take place in damenmanor and will discuss islands. If any war crimes are done here (any crime at all) The south itself will war the island. If the island ruler cannot partake in the meeting, a representative may come.
That's about it.
