Autumn 2020 appraisal for all staffs 
- We admins will review your hard work and give you praise and offer advice on how to improve.
- Admins are given some members staff to review.
- If there are serious concerns, the admin will tell me.
- They will send their appraisal via forums mail (best) or discord.
NOTE FOR SENIOR RANKS: YOU WILL GET A REPORT CARD FROM CHELSEY FOR AUTUMN 2020.
