Let's start with the body found at the Cove. There were bruises around the neck, leading me to believe that this victim was strangled. But what at the Cove could be used to strangle the victim?
I have a few depictions on what it could've been.

There is rope poking out from under the mat. The culprit could've possibly tried to hide away their evidence after being seen.

Rope from the Docks. It looks like it was ripped apart.

Now, let's move on to the next body found at the Docks. The other victim probably saw the culprit trying to cover up their crime. A chase between the victim and culprit then ensues. The victim writes about the horrific thing they saw as they run, but before they could finish, the culprit kills them at the Docks. They probably threw a rock at them to knock them out, which is why the body had a faint bruise.

The body of the victim found at the Boiler Room has nothing to do with the two other victims, but I have a theory on how they died. The culprit may have held them in a position where they wouldn't be able to struggle and move, which is why their position is strange looking and different from the other two bodies. The culprit once again tried to strangle the victim to death, and left the body there.

Finally, let's talk about the body found at deadmansdarkway on Providence.

There's rope next to the body, which makes it clear that they died through strangulation.

After through much questioning and theorizing, it was revealed that the culprit of these crimes was Henry Turner, who was soon killed by Eiven.

He admitted that he was the killer, and he was trying to protect GOLAM. Soon after admitting his crime, he ran away, and the body in deadmansdarkway was soon after discovered.

In conclusion, I believe that the victims of these crimes were all going out for GOLAM, which lead to Henry killing them all so he could protect GOLAM. It may not be the truth to this whole case, but after gathering all of the evidence I could find, it's the most likely conclusion.
