I bought green ng and alpha and it says I don't have it but I lost the credits? I even tried using other cpu whats going on?

 Yes this glitch happens very often. Say /extras in-game and take a picture of it. Show me it and I'll tell you based on what you have.

Me to Brndav! I had 5 things now today 9/29/13 they all dissapeird! That is why I dont like this extras stuff.
