Hello citizens! Today I will share an exclusive look at Snowfall's Ice Castle with you! I was invited into the Ice Queen's magical castle for an important business meeting.

The ice castle is located in a fortress on a mountainous plateau, overlooking the lands below. When you first approach it, you see the magnificent barrier wall. It is very finely crafted and beautiful. Ice sculptures of birds sit on top of the wall, looking down upon all passers through.
Once through the outer walls, there are a number of other sculptures and small buildings where various high guards and the finest craftsmen live. Here is one such building where Snowfall's favorite sculptor lives. The sculptor is Pecky, one of Snowfall's many vultures. Pecky creates sculptures out of ice and wood by pecking the materials into beautiful works of art. Pecky also enjoys raiding nearby villages and pecking its inhabitants until they give her what she wants. Here is her home.
Here is an example of the kinds of sculptures that Pecky makes. Keep in mind though that Pecky is a wonderful artist and can create a great variety of things. She does not simply create only bird art.
Further into the fortress, is a tower for the vultures of Snowfalls to reside in. It features a nice view of the surrounding mountains. There is no wall behind it as a steep cliff keeps people from entering into the fortress on this side. The ice structure is much like an apartment building but with towers. Its construction was inspired by Minas Morgul, the place that the nazgul reside on Das. Only vultures can enter into the building as there is no actual door, there are only openings in the wall for vultures to fly in and out of. While it may be cold for a person to live in, it is perfectly fine for the vultures. They have nests made of downy feathers, animal furs, and other warm things that they have stolen from villages and kingdoms near and far.
Finally, set back into the mountainous terrain, is Snowfall's Castle. It is a large and impressive structure, but words do it no justice.
On the inside, the castle is warm, possibly the warmest place in the fortress. Snowfalls' power is what keeps the castle from melting while maintaining warm temperatures of around 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

There are tapestries of kingdoms past on the walls in the ice castle. There are also beautiful paintings and sculptures. Many of the finest gems and riches of various kinds can be found in the castle. Some are gifts that have been bestowed upon the Ice Queen over time. Some are items that have been stolen from people by her vultures. Some are past riches that the Illuvatars have always held and have kept through the ages. Snowfalls would only let me take one image of my choosing of the castle, and this is what I chose. It is of the lovely fountain in the first great hall of the castle.
