House Drake and House Realhawk have negotiated a new deal which avoids a big Drake war.
Eiven has submitted to Drake rulership in the south, becoming our new Emperor Helper
In exchange, he has received the Kingdom of Dorval.

May all new island rulers be at peace. I propose we create the United Islands organisation to stop any more wars! All in favour?

 We should all band together to prevent a warmongering world. I will rally up the island rulers.

Peace would bring a new era of prosperity and longevity, this is the beginning of something great
however conflicts will always exist, the organization of united islands must be led by someone external to any island and do not support anyone
conflicts will continue to exist in some way especially because many want power.
