Hello every penguin, and you know the guy named Uglyman? Well, my brother has gotten proof that ilse12 was the same as/siblings of Uglyman. Here is proof he got:
After my brother banned him, he made another profile, and started bullying again, called Uglyman12. Well, PenguinDSC and I have discussed it, and he is now ipbanned for bullying/cussing/Rule breaking. Thank you for all your reports penguins, and you can now go on with the forum!
