 Its not a cpps, its a game, or for this Penguin Chat. It requires programming to create a game, cpps or Penguin Chat.
And probably, he does need to secure it.

Yes i saw its unprotected cause i can delete contact which i wont you gotta fix this b4 people delete it

Yes, people will be able to edit the console, and change the code. I once tried to get Club Penguin on my website, when I logged in, it said I had 0 everything!
