Hello Penguins,
If you are one of the penguins that don't know what Penguin Chat 4 Beta is i'm here to tell you.Since Oldcp is down Penguin chat 4 beta is here so penguins don't get bored.To go on this website search Rsnail website click play and click register.Fill in everything.But if it says passoword does not match you need to change your password and believe you me it took me 5 hours to figure that out.
Then when it says you may log in to (username) you may log in.
