This is a tutorial about Rsnail.biz. (aka Penguin Chat 4)
This will show you everything you need to know!

~Penguin Chat 4~

~ Rules
*The rules to the game are basically the same as Oldcp. No bullying, cussing, spamming, hacking, etc. Be kind to others.

~ Register
*Before you are able to play Penguin Chat, you must make an account. It is very easy. Note, that when you make a password, type it in VERY carefully. It might take a few times to get it right.
Once you have everything set, log in!

~In the game
*Now, you notice that when you are in the game, there is just one room, and one room only. Do not say it "sucks" or it is "boring". Keep those mean opinions to yourself. Note, that this is NOT Old cp. Some don't even consider it a Cpps. It is Penguin Chat 4, what Club Penguin used to be.
When you enter, you will probably see this:

I know, at first it looks crazy.
Now, you are probably wondering :
"WHY IS EVERYONE SO BIG!!!!"
That, my friend, is a command.And, there are a ton of others. Lets get started!

~The Basics
*Want to sit? Want to dance or change your color? Well, first you need to pull up your chat bar.



Pull the tab up, and you will see little circles.



The penguin sitting: Makes you sit. Click it more to sit in different directions.

White circle: That is a snowball. (you throw it) But that feature has not been added yet.

Joke circle: It makes your penguin tell a joke, but that really is not working yet, you usually say "joke1" or "joke2" (this button looks like a pair of glasses with a nose and mustache)

Smile emote: It will give you options of fun emotes you can use! For example, smiley faces, etc.

Music note: Makes your penguin dance. (PS: can sometimes be glitchy)

Colored circle: Gives you an option of colors to choose from for your penguin.

Blank circles: Those are blank spaces that might be held later for new features.

***Cool glitch******
You might see other penguins sliding. This is a glitch, and is very funny. All you need to do, Is click somewhere, and then quickly sit and you will slide. You can do the same with dancing.

~Commands
*Want to be huge? Want to be super small? This is how ya do it!

~Changing your size.
*if you want to be big, or small, You say:
/scale (number goes here) (number goes here)
A popular scale is /scale 999 999
You can go smaller, and smaller, even until you are super tiny.
To change back to normal size, the ratio is /scale 40 40

~Changing rotation
*Want to rotate?
Say /rotate (number goes here)
It will rotate your penguin. If you want to fix this, just say /rotate 0

~Invert colors
* if you say /blend invert and walk over a penguin, the other penguin will appear in invert colors. It is pretty cool. It will look like this:


~Mods
*Mods, (aka Moderators) Have light blue name colors. That means they help take care of the website. Note, they do not fix glitches. They only help keep the game safe.

Tips:
*If you are shy, feel free to step up! Everyone is friendly
*If someone is bullying you or breaking rules, REPORT IT
