Oldcp v4 was shut down for hacking. V7 was for servers that died.

I want to clear things up about OldCP:
Damen, in fact, DID shut down OldCP for copyright issues. He would've gotten sued by Disney, New Horizons Inc., or even Rocketsnail Games.
Sadly, I'm not sure if the Penguin Chat incident is true or not, I will have to find out for myself.
