This is a very good update! I really dis-like it when people who decide to troll you just start spam-disliking posts you make.

I can see why this is a significant idea! Reason is because people who have 80+ reputation are usually more trusted. Otherwise, people with negatives or less are not usually trusted. Thank you Damen!

thank you Damen. i think this is one of the best rules yet. what do you mean though? do you mean if someone with less than 80 rep dislikes someones post,they will get punished? or do you mean people that don't have 80 rep don't have the dislike button anymore? anyway,i think disliking is an opinion but apparently others don't! so this new rule will cause much less drama on the forums! thank you for listening to the people,Damen!

Excellent. Nice idea Damen, this could be the solution to dislike spamming! From this, bad users won't be able to dislike because you need to be good to get 80 rep.
