If you are trying to decide over what to wear, just wear them both! What you do, is type in the first one, example: /newcp head 651. Then type in the next one as a different item. Example: /newcp feet 1136. It will automatically think it is a foot item, and both will show on your head. Although this is possible, the item that you replace it for(feet, hand, head, neck, body, face) You can't have that one. So lets say that i did /newcp head 651, then I did /newcp feet 1136, I would not be able to have a feet item. Hope this helped!
