Glad you asked this question. There are actually quite a few ways to make a cpps. To start off, you need to make a website. Try wordpress or weebly! Secondly, if you want to make a cpps, you must know how to program so you can code it. After that is finished you can paste it to your website. Or, you could start by creating a localhosted cpps via xampp. Either way, you need to use something called VPS to keep your game running and alive. Good luck!
