Ok, so i made a video with bandicam and i didn't upload it to youtube but can i still send it to an email?

This isn't forum related. Nor, minecraft or any of are category's yet you can most likely look up a youtube video.

Ok, so when i right click on my mouse nothing says Copy video URL. Because i never uploaded it to youtube.

What I would do, is find a video on youtube about how to upload videos on youtube.
That would be the easiest thing to do.

Im not talking about uploading on youtube im talking about theres no Copy video URL when i right click on the vid

You cannot do that with videos on youtube, I do not think.

Yeah, I tried it once.

If you have not uploaded it to YouTube yet, you need too make an account on Gmail AND on YouTube. After, you should see and upload button. Click it to upload your video. After it has uploaded, it will tell you the URL to go to watch your video, and you can post the link on the forums.
