Hello everyone. I have seen a very rude user. Her name is BubblyLuv123. She insulted Penguin Chat 4, and her "About" thing is rude. I don't have screenshot, but I'll tell you what her "About" thing says: "Lol? Are you still reading this? HA! Loser!" Isn't that rude? So, as I was saying, she insulted Penguin Chat 4. She made a discussion. She called Penguin Chat 4 junk. And that discussion was meaningless. The discussion is called "Where". Nobody even knows what "where" she's talking about. Can a Moderator or Administrator stop this user, please? Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Idk if she should get banned, but we have to at least do "SOMETHING." I'm not sure if we should ban her, but I am not a mod/admin, so I have no clue... good report

I saw that post i was the 3rd one to post the disscusion was where she posted where Penguin chat 4 is junk did you know Damen pt alot of effort in to that as Musclebob1 said she needs to get banded,

I gave her a warning point. If she doesn't quit her rudeness, it's a ban. This was all included in the warning, she has no excuse now.
