Hi everyone!
Well I just wanted to say that I'm back!
I've been back for a while though... it's just I never got to say my story.
Okay, so winter break has been really crazy and stuff, but here is what I have wanted to share with you guys...
Me and my family were going to Maui, Hawaii on the 20th of December! I was so excited, I could barely even think straight. Since I live in Minnesota, there were no available flights going straight to Hawaii. So we had a connecting flight from Minneapolis to Los Angeles, to Los Angeles to Maui. Unfortunately, there was a bomb threat in the Minneapolis Airport.
EVERYONE in the airport had to evacuate. There was a sheltered area. There was also a poison being spread around too. It was scary. Our flight got delayed by 2 hours! Eventually, we got on the plane to L.A, and everything was all good. When we arrived in L.A, the gates we closed up! They were going to leave without us!
"I'm sorry, but you are not going on that plane." said the man behind the desk.
The plane was just ON THE GROUND clearly WAITING for us and NOT MOVING. The man behind the desk smiled cruelly and said, "Sorry."
We thought he was joking. My parents started arguing with him for 5 minutes, when we could've gotten on the plane. Then....
it left.
We were stuck in L.A for 2 days!!! So we only got to stay in Hawaii for 5 days!! Well, eventually we got there, but it wasn't as long. But, now I'm home, and I'm happy.
