I started fishing in Lake Chelsey today and this happened:

Those are not bugs, especially the water one. Penguin can swim...

 Actually the penguin was walking in the water not swimming and btw I can't walk in the water, It asked me to fish I pressed on Yes then it made me go in the middle of the lake to start fishing!

It takes a while to get in the water. Also yes i have experienced this nice report on the bug.

I was fishing then I clicked move and it made me walk on water land, then fishing and I can't move it when I am on water land. I only used Maps, I thought it was Glitches.

 I agree, because I did that already. It isn't a bug. I tried to fish in the sand. XD
