1. You need good grammar.
*Now, I have seen people, they have not-so-good grammar.
2. Be active.
*Be active at least 5 day per-week.
3. Be helpful.
*Now, this is very, very important! You need to help others with their problems. I have helped many, in my years of training. And I know you can, too!
4. Stay strong.
*Stay strong! Never give up! I have given up, many time. Now, I stand firmly, in not giving up.
5. Be kind to one-another!
*Be nice, in other words. Like number three, be helpful, and kind!
6. Don't ask!
*Don't ask for moderator possition, or any Staff possition. I've seen many do this. Like me, I've done it, some times.
7. Obey Damen, and the other staff.
*Do NOT be mean, nor dis-obey the staff. (Follow the rules), in other words.
8. You must have experience.
*You needed to be a mod, or are a mod.
9. Now, you must have patience.
*Well, BE PATIENT!
10. Have nice reactions, not poor ones.
*Be nice on your friends. Like 3 and number 5.
