Member~ An almost trusted user, at 50 post.
News Reporter~ Reports the Daily News.
Master~ A trusted user. Almost reaching moderator.
Moderator~ A highly trusted user, almost in charge, 20% of the forum. Almost reaching administrator.
Administrator~ Final rank. Owner of the forums.

Nice job Dice! Guest is for penguins that are basically OldCp famous, and would be used if they had quit, and they were only visiting the forums for a little while. You could use a little more description for each one, but this is a pretty sweet tutorial for penguins that just joined the forums. Wouldn't be too hard, just the basics. +1.
