The cat name is what I'm talking about, and before the screenshot, he was being rude to her.

As much as it is a command, they will say /kill (Penguin name), and their cat will speak, "Kill (Penguin name)!

Although, I see the name, and that is kind of harsh. If he did something worse, I would get it, but this is a little rude playing around. Sure that is kind of offensive, but it will not harm anyone, just for fun. I understand this, in a way, can be rude, but you say, "but he is making another user feel bad for something she didn't do." I actually have had previous reports of this user doing things that are breaking rules.
