I will. Thanks for the advice. I just hope my friends will work it out by themselves without me getting involved!

Right now, there's a problem between some of my friends having to do with crushes. To sum it up, they like the same girl. I've tried to cheer one of them up, but I feel terrible about what's going on. What should I do? What do I say? Sorry to put my personal problems on here, but I really need a friend right now.

Woooow. Why did he want to scare us all? I was like, "WHOOOOA!". Also, I'm pretty sure that when he was in the Town as the PI penguin, he was holding a gun or something.
I hope he explains what happened to everyone when he comes back. I hope he comes back soon!

I'm not usually a fan of History classes, but History itself is often interesting. And complicated. I'm taking American History right now, so that's why I know a lot about it.

True enough Salsabrother, but this was in the time of loyalists and patriots, so people who were still loyal to the King in England, or not. The country was still a British colony, and therefore considered itself an extension of England/Great Britain. So, the people in the colonies were considered British as well. Do you see what I'm saying?

Actually, Paul Revere wouldn't have been saying "The British are coming! the British are coming!" because everyone in the colonies were British, so he actually said "The red coats are coming! The red coats are coming!" This was prior to American independence, so saying the British are coming would have been like saying "We're coming! We're coming!". Just a little history factoid I learned this year. But, I get your drift.

Is Damen going to read all of our discussions about Stage 2? I don't know if he will. There are so many reviews! I hope he does though.

I know! I think the team would really have enjoyed the last task. We were called the Knights, and there was a possibility one of us could have BECOME a knight. But, it was fun to be on another team, too. I hope the Realhawks do well with the Knights (my old team!) joining them.

I was in the Knights. Mico was a great leader. I think the problem is that some people in the group wouldn't stop talking to listen to what he had to say, or we would have done better. Oh well! Now I'm a part of the Realhawks, and I will fully support their team!

Hey everyone,
Today was Stage 2 of the mod comp in oldcp!
It had some hard challenges, and exciting moments for all.
The first task was to create a moderator training school! The teams were to pick a leader, and room to teach their teammates about being a mod. They were to tell their team some of the commands, how you become a mod, etc. No teams were eliminated after this. However, Glitz was said to be in danger.
The second task was to create a radio show! All the teams picked a room to hold their show in. None of the teams were eliminated after this task. Glitz was said to have redeemed themselves!
The third task was to create a fashion show. Again, all groups left to separate rooms to prepare. When all the groups came back, again, none were eliminated.
After that task was over, all the groups were set to debate about which season was better. Summer, or Winter. (Winter being Damen's favorite! Yes, I remember!)
After the debate, the teams were sent to choreograph dance routines. They were to come up with moves. Although no dancing was required, the groups were to come up with moves. They were also supposed to have a manager, and other leaders. This task had catastrophic results. Mico, the leader of the Knights, was fired, and the team members were added to the Realhawks.
The last task was to go somewhere, and create a sword training system. There were to be Blacksmiths, and trainers, as well as students. (Blacksmiths to make the swords, Trainers to train the beginning sword fighters aka students)
The Freehawks won the second stage.
-I hope you liked this review of the second stage. It was indeed very challenging! Props to Damen for coming up with these ideas!

I don't know if I'm the only one that's currently not able to log onto oldcp. Is anyone else having this problem? If it's just the server, I'll wait patiently.

How to find the right guy/girl

There are many things to consider! You're right about the personality. I applaud you for recognizing that. Here's my "two cents" to add: If you go to school with this person, ask other people who know them how they act when they're not around you. You never know if they might be putting on a show to impress you. Remember- if you like someone, don't date them with the belief you can change them. People might change on the outside, but the person within is not easily swayed. Good advice, Brayden!
