Mordor Is a Place were Sauron is, Controls, and watches. I believe its In the Movie Called Lord of the rings, My favorite Movie of all time of coarse. At the end of the movie, (Spoiling so you might not want to read) Frodo and Sam which Come from the place called Hobbitation. I don't know how to spell it, But i am sure you can fix that with your reply. ANYWAYS Frodo has a ring that is very powerful And yes, Sauron the evil lord wants it. Frodo needs to burn the ring in a hot lava (Only the ring breaks in the Lava, Anywhere else it can't be broken) So Frodo and Sam go to the lava without being caught. But there is also someone woh shows up. Smeggle. Who is a goblin like thing that put it on is finger and turned into a goblin. But anyways, Mordor is a Place in Lord of the Rings.
