It was the second of two kingdoms under his creation, with the first being Vinyamar in Nevrast. For roughly 75 years, Turgon constructed the kingdom in secret, with completion being in FA 116. When it was completed, Turgon ventured to the kingdom with 1/3 of Vinyamar's population and declared it forbidden to leave the city.
