Ellie's journey starts, when she was desperately looking videos of Old Club penguin on Youtube. She stumbled upon a tutorial for OldCP" She found the link to OldCP in the comments. She joined this game and thought it was quite good. Since Ellie was a new player she started asking questions, the staff members happily greeted her and helped her. Soon, she learned her way around the game.

Beginning

Chelsey joined the forums of OldCP during 2012 and 2013. She met Damen and soon became friends on Skype.

Moderator Role

Chelsey was a highly trusted and effective member of staff on the game. She spent time with the users and also enjoyed her role moderating.

Administrator

Chelsey later became an Administrator, she kept the rank for a long time. She went on reproving and keeping in order the forums.

Relationship with Damen

---

Chelsey and Damen had always been close friends, her role depended on her friendship with Damen. They were very close at a certain point, even going as far as calling each other closest friends. Damen looked out for Chelsey's safety on the internet also, since there were many out there that weren't fully respectful.

Though Damen and Chelsey were good friends, at times they clashed which resulted in some problems.

House Spike

Since Damen and Chelsey were good friends, Damen accepted her request to join his House. Chelsey's friendship with Damen is still evident today as they continue to share DSGHQ House.

Relationship with Role

Chelsey's friendship with Damen helped her keep visiting the DSGHQ, but over time she became less active in the role because of outside activities, which everyone respects.

Problems with Cyberwolf

Cyberwolf and Chelsey didn't find it easy to get along. They both were in high positions at the time, and they needed to get along to work well together. So, Damen called a rather strange private meeting in the Throne Room. During this private meeting, they worked out their problems together.

Chelsey became the first Queen of the DSGHQ. Damen coronated her in the Throne Room of OldCP. Unfortunately her reign didn't last long. She fell into problems.

Betrayal

Chelsey was responsible for the official OldCP chat. The chat used the xat service and it is commonly used by less savoury characters than innocent children. The job of keeping such people out of the chat was paramount to maintaining a safe and clean place for youngsters to be. That was Chelsey's job along with Cyberwolf.

Chelsey had become friends with some unsavoury characters which lead her to value them over the security of the chat box. She unbanned rule breakers on the chat because of these friend ships and refrained from taking action against the rule breakers when they broke rules.

Enraged, Emperor Damen Spike banished her from the OldCP game and removed her place as Queen. She became a betrayer of the DSGHQ. Whilst she was banished, Princess Sofie became the new Queen of the DSGHQ. Although it seemed bad, a short time later, she was forgiven by Damen and restored to her rightful position of Princess before Queen Sofie.

Emperor Helper

After Cyberwolf had been demoted and after Emperor Helper Mikomi resigned, Princess Chelsey became the Emperor Helper on the 10th of September 2014. Bestowed now with the authority to execute commands in the name of the Emperor, she served as long as 49 days until her resignation.

Resignation

Chelsey resigned from her role of Emperor Helper after serving for about 2 months. Her official statement was..

I've been doing a lot of stuff at school/after school and I've been spending more time with my friends and I don't want dsg to be something I kind of just push to the side.... My only options are to do an awesome job or to let someone else do an awesome job.

After resigning, she also gave up DSGHQ staff roles and game roles. She is now of the Master rank in the community.

The first ever DSGHQ Royal wedding took place on the 13th June 2014, when Prince Archie married Princess Raindrop.

Preperation

As you can imagine, a lot of preperation took place before the wedding. The schedule had to be planned, and the roles had to be picked. Here is a list of what roles people had:

Originally, the wedding was scheduled for the 6th. However, the Prince wouldn't of been able to turn up to that date and it had to be re-scheduled.

The first part that took place was the service, where the two were to get married. Some waited for hours to get in and witness the historical event, however only a maximum of 40 were allowed in to reduce lag.

Royal Party

Night Club

Right after Archie and Raindrop were succesfully married, a huge party was held at the Night Club. Many turned up to join in the fun, and to congratulate both the royals on their marriage. This party lasted for about 20 minutes.

Royal Courtyard

After the party in the Night Club, everybody moved on to the Royal Courtyard. The area was decorated fabulously for the occasion. This last party lasted for another 15 - 20 minutes, until the first royal wedding was over. The beautiful moment had gone down into history, the wedding was a thrilling success!

Thisismyname is a former moderator of the DSHQ forums. She enjoys writing, creating artwork, and playing video games. You can find many of her writings here on the forum.

Arrival

Thisismyname orginially created her OldCP account in what was believed to be late July/early August of 2013. She chose the name Thisismyname due to the fact that she didn't believe she would be playing this game a lot and was simply burning time. However, the game grew on Thisismyname and she decided to stick around. While she is still not very fond of the name to this day, it has certainly grown on her.

Moderator Competition

Thisismyname, being an unknown shadow in the community, made her debut in the September Moderator competition. The competition featured many users who would become moderators later that year. Thisismyname took the audience by surprise when her team, the nerds, made it to the finals, despite having a very rough time and users abandoning the team. This unknown character quickly became known among the users and many began to root for Thisismyname during the finals.
Thisismyname ended up falling short during the finals, and lost to Key123 and Hashir. Despite this loss, users still backed her up and she later became a moderator.

Nerds

During the competition, Thisismyname, with the help of her friends Mckenzie and Tornado, created a monumental group known as the Nerds. The Nerds originated with the name "Youcasters", but the name was disregarded and soon the group was simply the Nerds. The groups uniform consisted of a blue jacket combined with a scarf and glasses. The other items in the outfit could be decided by the members.
When houses were introduced, the Nerds team was created as a house and is still one to this day. While the Nerds team competed in several competitions, none compared to the September competition of 2013. The Nerds are no longer an active competition team.

Chat Moderator

During the weekend of the September moderator competition of 2013, Thisismyname was promoted to moderator on the oldcp xat chat. At the time, Thisismyname was very excited and was aware that this was her first step at becoming a in game moderator.

Moderator

Not long after losing the competition, Thisismyname was promoted to moderator on oldCP. She served as a moderator for quite the time. At this time, she was also promoted to a forum moderator. Both positions she no longer holds. Due to inactivity and after asking to be demoted, Thisismyname lost her position of moderator on all DSGHQ platforms. While she did enjoy moderator, she was ok with being demoted. After being demoted, she went on to post tutorials, guides, and etc. to the forum.

Artwork

During the time which Thisismyname was very active on the forums, she created many different types of artwork for users. Using her previous knowledge of artwork, she created many signatures for users using Photoshop and similar programs. Examples of her work can be seen below:




Today Thisismyname doesn't create many signatures anymore. Instead, she likes to draw things both digitally and traditionally. Most of this work she keeps private and does not post it on the forums.

Epilouge

Today Thisismyname is a very inactive user of DSHQ, but you may see her online occasionally. She usually comes online to check posts and chat with friends. Today she is not nearly as involved in the community as she was in the past. She is still a very notable figure in DSHQ history and many of her posts have been highly regarded. Today you may see her post stories, poems, or similar things.

In Oldcp

In Oldcp you can do a lot of things.
Like picking your own team for Mod Comps.
In the mod comps you will have to do some task Ex.Make a full course meal.
If you get into the finals of a mod comp you might get to have a chance to become a mod.
You have to be trusted in case to become mod.

SophieJasper

When SophieJasper was tired of playing Club penguin she started to look up websites for oldcp.Just until she found the perfect one.
Than she made her account,and saw something called Forums.When she was done making that she started to post and users of the DSGHQ started to like her post.
After a long long time of her posting,she has now got the rank Master.SophieJasper is now trying to achieve Detective and Forums Mod.
Well now it is 2015 and she is ready to achieve new ranks.

Mikomi is the older brother of Damen Spike, founder of the DSGHQ.

Administrating

Mikomi was entrusted with the rank of Administrator, since being a perfect fit for the place at Damen's side. He spent time with the members of OldCP and everyone enjoyed his company. He was a fine, safe and just administrator.

Emperor Helper

---

Mikomi was the Emperor Helper of OldCP not long after Cyberwolf was demoted in 2014. He stayed as the Emperor Helper for a while, serving excellently and holding competitions that Damen could not make.

Warlord

---

Mikomi had trained a few Knights with a Sword and helped them in their combat training. The time came for a Warlord Contest on OldCP. Damen called this a 'Royal Warlord Competition'. See http://forums.damenspike.com/view/13099.

After the competition went sour when Clegane cheated and was later killed, Damen called a new version of OldCP which was safe from the threat of cheating. OldCPv9's beta began and Mikomi became the Warlord whilst he was part of the Beta testing team.

Resignation

On the 9th of September 2014, Mikomi chose to resign from the title of Emperor Helper and Administrator. He had become inactive and believed someone else could fulfil his role to a better standard than he could. See http://forums.damenspike.com/view/26466.

The Dingo Dongo challenge is a small general knowledge challenge quiz based on OldCP. Winners of the Dingo Dongo Challenge, formerly the Dingo Bingo Challenge, will win the Dingo Prize if they answer the most questions correctly and correctly answer the trick question.

Prizes

The Dingo Dongo Challenge prizes change each time somebody wins the challenge.

Location

The Dingo Dongo Challenge takes place when Dingo Dane is behind his Dingo Desk. The Dingo Desk has been seen at the OldCP Courtyard and since DamensDay 2014, at the Ski Hill of OldCP.

Challenges Lost

When a user answers the most questions correctly, they are declared the winner. But before they can claim the Dingo Prize, they must answer a trick question correctly. Only that person may answer, and if they get it right they claim the prize. If they get the question wrong, Dingo Dane and his Dingo Desk disappears and the winner walks away empty handed. Then, the Challenge is over until another day.

Logos

The first logo for the DamenSpike GAMES HQ contained multi-colored text with a black shadow spread evenly around each character.


The second logo which was implemented in August 2014 was mostly the same apart from two changes. The modifications were the text without the black shadow replaced with a black outline throughout the text. Along with a curved shape containing the five DSGHQ colors.

DSGHQ Colors

The Five DSGHQ colors are Red, Purple, Green, Orange, Black. They're usually seen on a semi pitch black face.
