(also, these are just my perferences, I don't expect you to come up with a game like this out of thin air.)
What is your IDEAL Game?
A single player free roam with story and missions: There can be a multiplayer mode, but it isnt the primary mode. Like, you can have multiplayer online fights or something along those lines (just using examples.)
What is your ideal format?
Full 3D world (like most Console games): A full 3D game with open world (similar to that of zelda, but on a smaller scale) that you can download onto pc is my preference.
What features of a Multiplayer do you like? ( you can pick all or just some of these)
+ Messages
+ Friends
+ Free Roam
Would your ideal game have games within the game?
Yes: Minigames that will award you with special upgrades or items you can only get there. I don't think minigames should be used as the primary source of income in the game.
Would your ideal world have a large selection of game content such as clothes, weapons, player decorations, other various customs?
No. I prefer story based games that focus more on play time rather then the "skin" of the game.
Do you think a game with little stuff (like the game content suggested above) gets boring?
Yes. I mean, it's cool at first, but if you focus more on the actual content and play time someone can get out of a game, I find it a lot more enjoyable. The things listed above are nice things, but they all have to do with designing your character, and shouldnt be a priority of a game.

It's good to be original, but sometimes you may want to have another game to use as a kinda base for your game, a game that you get some mechanics and the format of the game.

Well, I believe a name of a game should always remain original, to help prevent confusion with other games. (for example, many people thought penguin isles was a cpps). It's not necessary to use characteristics of other games, but I do believe that it'd help with the creation and structure of a game if they get some formatting ideas from famous sidescrollers, rpgs, and what not.

No. But it also shouldn't be like something that is like gory and inapp. A game can be clean and whatnot and still have a dark or more mature feel to it, but still be pretty fit for younger kids. Like zelda games and mario games.

No I think they should all be different so people have a variety of games to choose from.

It wouldn't need to have it, but it could.
