How do i make a signature with a picture? Do i need to be a master to do that?

Well wonka,
You cannot ask for Mod. And, you will not necessarily be one "forever".
You can earn it, or write an application. But it must be formal,and you must have some sort of experience.

Well, It should not be overdue. I update it whenever there are changes. I add, or take away things when needed so the tutorial will always be current.
