2.click edit profile
3.post a url and there u go

Well, this tutorial actually explains one way you can get a profile pic!
Now, to upload an image, (like the ones in my signature) you can use a screenshot device to capture it, and put in the img code. (img code: )
You upload and copy the screen shot, and paste it right in between the link, like this:




If you do this correctly, you should be able to see the image!
