Here is what I think happened for the 4th crimezone. Rosie was buying puffle o's, and then she went to the coffee shop to take a nap. She had her bunny flops by here, signed by Aunt Arctic. When she woke up it was gone. The thief must have sneaked past Rosie's sister, and went upstairs. He quietly stole the bunny flops, and so when her sister saw the thief was guarding something.

Ok here is my story for the 4th crimezone: Rosie's story.
When she woke up she was very upset and very angry. Then she found out about Derricks team and she joined, not knowing they had the slippers. Then she wanted to take over oldcp and help get Newcp up and running again or whatever those crimes plan can be...
Evidence: I saw a pookie army that could be on there team and I am pretty sure Rosie is a pookie. Leader : pookieowner

So basically, these criminals are basically Bane but there not.

here is a crime it was one of my penguin friends birthday today me and my other penguin friends came to his party we saw a big cake we walked over to the big cake then 8 penguins jumped out of the big cake one of them had a feather on his head he was standing next to a big penguin with spikes all over him then they threw the big cake on the birthday penguin and threw it on a ship with the birthday penguin in it then me my penguin friends followed the ship to the dock were they dropped off the penguin with the feather on his head we threw snowballs it him and finally he fell on the ground but then jumped all the way over to the town we are still looking for my friend help!

Case Of Missing Picture: We Have Spotted Eyes On The Valuable Things! We Think Someone Is Watching Us! I Noticed That Where The Picture Came Off, The Spot Is Darker Then The Actual Wall When It Should Be Lighter. The Thief Must Have Had Paint To Make Everything Look Normal. I Am Looking For Any Paint Anywhere. The Thief Had To Be Someone Who Is Sneaky, Brave, And A Thief. It Could Be Someone Involved With The Last Case, Perhaps Its Derrick! Or It Could Be A Hacker. I Will Keep Searching To Find Out Who The Thief Might Be! ~Tacofun
