When I read an application made for any rank in particular I do take time in my reading. I highlight everything I believe was of quality for the rank the person is shooting for. If I leave a message on your application in the comments I do recommend reading it. Us staff don't only protect and serve the DSGHQ we also mentor users wanting to become more sophisticated in the jobs here. Any application can be good but it's very rare to enquirer an application with full meaning and purpose so as a Mod myself I vow to look for users that I truly believe have beneficial, and train those wanting to know more.
