Very well written discussion. Cyberwolf, I think your second paragraph is totally true, many need to earn it, and pretty much wait. You need to have much patience. I always have heard many people asking me to read their application, especially when I was administrator. They would pm me once or twice for a rank, and they would say, "read my application". I would, but wouldn't always respond, because all I would say if I responded is Good Job, I looked over it, and I may have clicked the read button on some of them that were pretty good. I think that people don't think into this, mostly because they really want people to read it, especially staff members. They need to be patient, and if it gets read, it is read, and sometimes they just don't understand.

If people make an application, they should just be patient. Administrators don't always have to read it. Thank you for explaining this Damen.
