Hi
Over the past week I have noticed some major flaws in tracking moderator's activity by a spreadsheet, and after being talked to by upset moderators and discovering the spreadsheet was not run as requested... I have made an executive decision to get rid of it.

However, moderators will still be tracked. But how Tennis? I have decided to enlist the Brothers of the Penguin Watch to secretly watch them. The brothers will keep their eye on moderators and make sure they are active and doing their job when they are on OldCP (not sitting in their igloo or on BRB for hours to gain time on the stats page). If the brothers notice any bad activity from a moderator they will report it to a Penguin Watch Captain. The Captain will then pass on the report to an Admin who will take action.

We want to make sure our Moderators have a fun experience on the DSGHQ while doing the job they signed on for. I hope this makes those of you complaining about the spreadsheet happier.

Note: The spreadsheet will still be released this week as it would be unfair to throw it away after Cyberwolf spent time recording hours.

Great Idea! This will really help out. Nice idea about the Penguin Watch.But would if they aren't online at times?

I liked the spreadsheet though, I thought 10 hours would be a great time but hey, if other Moderators aren't happy with it then it's fine because I don't mind about a simple change.

Great ideas! I think this is way better than the moderator spreadsheets! And if a mod does anything wrong, it will go to the admins more directly.

I fell like this well help the Dsghq community Grow a lot and really make a amazing change. I also think moderators and penguin watches job a lot harder well see how it plays out.

Great idea. I like how you used the PW idea because to be a PW, you have to be responsible like a Moderator. Nice idea.

In all honesty I believe this would of been more officiant than the former tracking.

This is indeed much better. Now moderators won't technically be sitting there on BRB forever so they can have good stats. +1
