After the Black Hands last betrayal they were given another chance on the grounds that if and only if they exclusively kill Jaserius, they can remain an assasination organisation but, if they fail to complete this task, they would be dismantled and hunted down. Flametherius didn't necessarily participate in the battle, Hgar fought him while Flametherius awaited permission from Hashir. By the time he got permission to enter the battle (which he didn't need permission for since killing Jaserius was an official order to the Black Hands) Jaserius had already be slain, slain by Hgar, and hence Flametherius's sword in the picture only for show.

Banning Hgar would ruin the roleplay and he would only be unbanned shortly afterword, the banner heavily punished. If we ban Crimezone characters like Mickey, Rover, and Hgar there would be no point in the Crimezone as they would never get to commit their atrocious actions and hence the Crimezone as a whole would never exist.

I believe in second chances. So I was happy to hear the black hands working for their empire. Now, that I read this post, it seems so sad. I'm very sorry and I hope we couldn't take it this far. Black hands, I'm so sorry it had to come to this way at this certain time.

Very true, in fact I don't think we even need Detectives, but just private empire consultants that wouldn't act as an official rank. It's good that some ranks are finally going. Too many ranks = too messy.
